Jump to solution

I am trying to find out how to park calls on Polycom 331 phones on a Netventa 7100. Also need to know who to retrieve a parked call as well from a Polycom phone.

You can accomplish this by utilizing the park and park retrieve SPRE codes on the NetVanta 7100.  To do this you would need to transfer the call to *77x (replace x with the park zone number).  For example if the Polycom had an active call you wanted to park you would hit the transfer key and then enter *771 to send the call to park zone 1.  Another phone (or the same phone) could retrieve the call by dialing *78x (example: *781 to pickup the call on park zone 1).

Thanks,
Matt
