Complete the form even if you are unsure about your eligibility, and we will provide you with all your upgrade options.
Pre-requisites and eligibility for the CARE Plan included upgrades are as follows:
- Company must have an active ADTRAN Enhanced or Total Network Care Plan
- All upgrades are scheduled during business hours and are subject to availability. Upgrades will start at 8:00AM Central and 1 :00PM Central.
- Must be able to complete all technical pre-requisites covered in the NCP 4 Hour Description of Services for an AOE Upgrade.
- Server must be running AOE 17.02 or higher.
- Server must be running CentOS/RHEL 6.X or higher
- Must not be running redundant AOE Servers
