FXS port stops working

After upgrade to 14.3.1 we've had several individual ports that go out of service, debug verbose shows no events other than offhook/onhook

after we bounce the port, we see all the normal events such as tone detection and generation etc etc.

 

I think there is a bug to work out here. There is no mention of fixing this issue in 14.4.0, havenot tried it.

Has anyone else come upon this?
