Service access request successful

I'm seeing these type of firewall messages in the even logs on several routers. It's always in relation to DNS. I know it's just informational. But what is it informing me of, exactly? Surely the firewall isn't logging every DNS request. So what is special about these? This is an example with the hostname removed:

2021.06.08 14:55:25 FIREWALL id=firewall time="2021-06-08 14:55:25" fw=HOSTNAME pri=6 rule=5 proto=53/udp src=10.107.0.76 dst=10.107.0.1 msg="Service access request successful Src 51356 Dst 53 from Private policy-class on interface giga-eth 0/3.107" agent=AdFirewall
