Reverse b-channel selection for PRI off Atlas 830

We have some Atlas 830's set up to have PRI's. When ever there is an incoming call, it puts it on channel 23 1st if B-Channel Selection is set to normal. This causes issues as the customer's phone system send out going calls out channel 23. Is there a way to have it select channel 1 1st for incoming calls? We don't want to use circular because it will still have the issue one out of every 23 calls.

Thank you for using the ADTRAN Support Community Forums.

I'm afraid the PRI in the ATLAS uses a descending B-Channel selection. Your only two options on this are "Linear" or "Circular". It cannot be configured for ascending selection.
