Chromebook connectivity issue

I have fifteen sites using BSAP1800 access points and Chromebook users report difficulty with connecting. They can connect to other wifi systems, and other devices don't have any trouble connecting to mine. Any ideas?

Re: Chromebook connectivity issue

Needs more specifics on what kind of issues they are having.  A question with this few specifics is difficult to answer.  Does your network have a WPA key?  Are you broadcasting on both 2.4 GHz or only 5 GHz (Google devices tend to "like" sticking to the 2.4 side, in contrast with apple which prefers the 5 GHz, so turning off either side can have problems).  What's your authentication setup?  This link Fix Internet connection issues - Chromebook Help would tend to indicate that the Chromebook is somewhat limited as to how it can authenticate, specifically:

Your Chrome device can connect to the following types of Wi-Fi networks:

- Standards: 802.11 a/b/g/n

- Security: WPA/WPA-2, WEP, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS, EAP-PEAP, and TKIP. We recommend WPA-2.

So if you have a different, arguably more complex, authentication setup, the Chromebook and some other devices may simply not be able to understand your network.
