Receiving vWLAN Licensing 'UKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED'

Hello,

I am trying to activate some BSAP-2030's that I have purchased and received license activation keys for.  I follow the licensing instructions and comma separate my serial number and activation code, as I have many times in the past, but I constantly receive the following error when I attempt to license:

The following errors occurred:

  • UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED

I get this with all 3 of my new devices using all 3 of the activation codes that I have received from my supplier.

Does anyone know what I may be doing incorrect to receive this vague error?

Jeremy,

You are not doing anything wrong. The ADTRAN.com license generator is currently non-functional. We are working as quickly as possible to remedy the issue although we do not have an ETA at this time. I will reply when a fix has been applied.
