I have setup two SSID in access point and configure the BSC. One is for web auth. Another is for 802.1x auth. They have separate vlan. A user login and logout web auth successfully. Then the user try to connect to 802.1x. But the IP address is unable to get the new IP of 802.1x vLAN.
Have you any suggestion?
This particular issue was resolved when External 802.1x was properly configured.
This appears to be the type of situation that would be better suited to be troubleshot via a trouble ticket. Could you please open a trouble ticket as we will likely need to review your config, show_tech, perhaps run traffic captures, etc.
Thanks,
Ken

Could you open a support case and provide that information in the case please along with any other information that the tech support engineer may request to isolate the issue.
Thanks,
Ken
I noticed the configuration/debug you posted appeared to be unfiltered. Just to be cautious and protect your privacy I went ahead and removed that from the post. If anything you supply contains passwords, public IPs or hostnames, real names or phone numbers, e-mail addresses or anything else like that please remove or replace those if possible. We do have an FTP server that unfiltered files can be uploaded to if that is easier or is needed for us to work with you on something.
