A:BVMS Configuration Backup
In the secure web based administrative console go to BlueView>Configuration Backup/Restore>Backup the BVMS Configuration. Do not check Controller Firmware, Patches, Configurations or AP firmware.


BVMS Show_tech

In the secure web based administrative console go to BlueView>Configuration Backup/Restore> Generate Troubleshooting Information
