What are the Clocking Options supported by the DSU Series Products?
Q: What are the Clocking Options supported on the different DSU series and what setting should be used?
A: The Clock Source setting should always be From Network when connected to a DDS or Frame Relay circuit from a service provider. If you are leasing wire pairs or dry copper from your service provider, one DSU should be set as Master clock for the circuit while the other DSU should be set to From Network.
