When populating the Total Access 1500 (VAMMKJOGRA) with Dual EBS COT (118430L1) in the central office and DUAL EBS RT (1180431L1) on the remote end the cards show not in service. I am having trouble provisioning the cards to put in service.
Any help would be appreciated.
