just an FYI, vWLAN will run in Oracle VM VirtualBox, comes in handy for testing.
scsi controller type is Lsilogic
bridge network adapter, adapter type paravirtualized network, promisc mode allow all.
I got it on Hyper V awhile back by using one of the VM conversion tools and it ran except for the NIC. I didn't research too long into that, but I read someplace a couple of years ago that someone got it working. So, it is possible, but would not be supported, at least as far as anything related to the environment.
