Q: Is there a workaround to not seeing certain buttons and fields under Create new Guest Access User on the vWLAN Version 2.1 and prior? For example Single Creation or Bulk Creation radio buttons and Guest Name, Guest Email, Username, and Password Fields, etc. This issue has been noted with Chrome and Firefox browsers.
A: The work around is to use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Safari which does not exhibit this issue. Future versions of vWLAN will leverage HTML5 to mitigate this.
