We received two 6040 APs. We have an Express Cloud account. We added a domain for one AP. We put the other in an existing domain. Both appear in the AP list. For the existing domain, we configured the new 6040 using the same AP Template as an existing (but older) Bluesocket AP. The 6040 appears in the AP list but the status is Down. The AP received a DHCP IP address from the local network router.
Why isn't the AP communicating with Express Cloud?
