NetVanta 1234/1238

We have 4 NetVanta 1238 switches that have been sitting on the shelf since 10/2015 when we migrated to fully managed services and gear (besides workstations).  I just checked and the original limited lifetime warranties on them expired earlier this year.  Where can I go to find out what to do for support if we do decide to put these back into use in 2019?  Does anyone also know how support coverage on this NetVanta series does/doesn't transfer if we were to acquire the gear we currently use from our managed services provider if they agree to sell to us the NetVanta 1234 switches they currently provide to us at a monthly recurring cost when our MSA concludes next year?  Thanks for any answers!
