Updating running config using snmp

I am using an NetVanta 1238 PoE running OS version 18.01.01.00.

Is there is any way to update the running config of the switch using just snmp tftp?   I am able to do this with other vendors like Cisco and Ruckus where configuration of many features are not configurable directly using snmp.

I have tried the snmp using the adAOSDownloadTable but this seems to change the startup-config.  I also enabled the tftp server and was able to retirve the startup-config.  But I have found a way to get/set the running-config without using the cli.

Any help would be appreciated.
