netvanta AP 160 Not working

Hi,

I have purchased new Netvanta 1335PoE and Netvanta 160 AP, I have configured AP160 with AC 1335. but SSID not showing. Also I have checked in Netvata 1335 switch Control status showing NA and status is showing Unknown. can you please help me in this regards.

Hi,

I had this same problem and discovered that I needed to update the firmware on the 1335PoE to  R10.8.0 series as it was originally back at 18.03.01.00. In the documentation I found the AC must be at R10.4.0 at a minimum. Hope this helps
