We are using Netvanta 1638 and 1638p running AOS R12.3.1. I have also been following the configuration guide 6AOSCG0056-29C September 2014 Configuring Privilege Levels in AOS.
My initial issue is the default behavior of a new user not assigned to a privilege level defaults to level 1, but mine are defaulting to level 7. Also, when I assign the new user to level 1 it still shows as level 7 under both show users and show privilege, this is of course after logging in as the new user first. I guess I need to get past this issue first. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
