I've got a 1st Gen NetVanta 2100 that won't allow me to upgrade the firmware. Firmware upgrade page apparently uses a java applet, but it refuses to run. I've made sure I'm running the latest version of java but it keeps throwing a "ClassNotFoundException" and won't load. I've tried multiple browsers.
