NetVanta 2100 NAT type for XBox One

Hi,

A customer has a NetVanta 2100 router at home that is used for VPN access to his office.  His entire home network is behind this router.  His son has an XBox One, and wants the NAT type to be changed from "Strict" to "Open".  Is there a way to alter this on the router?
