3140 with EFP - Disable SIP ALG?

Have a 3140 with EFP, not utilizing any SIP functionality on the platform other that QOS for SIP running thru the router.

Can SIP ALG be disabled?  Can SIP the SIP functionality be disabled globally?

The global command "no sip" should do it. Some firmware versions may want "no ip sip".
