We currently have a 3120 that was recommended for us by our ip phone provider, when we upgraded about 5 years ago. We have had zero issues with the 3120 and our phone call quality is great. The ip provider did the setup of the 3120. My question is about throughput speed. We have a 500mbps download internet connection, but are only seeing 20-30 at the desktop. Our office has grown and we need to see more speed. The ip provider now recommends the 3140 and will provide one fully configured for a reasonable cost. Bottom line: Will upgrading to the 3140 provide a faster speed at the desktop?
