NetVanta 3140 - how to start the http server

I just acquired this adTran NetVanta 3140 that I am trying to configure for a fiber internet service.

 

I got as far as configuring ethernet port 0/1. Beyond that, these "commands" that are shown when entering the ? do not provide me with much to go on since the entire command strings are not shown. I have searched the forums here to no avail.

How do I start the http server via SSH / telnet?
