Netvanta 3140 + Telecor PA System

Hello all,

I have created a SIP trunk between my on-cloud PBX and my Telecor eSIP paging system. I have configured an extension in my PBX to dial the SIP trunk and the eSIP device picks up.

The problem I have is that whenever I dial the extension (0443) the call connects but the Netvanta sends the DTMF for 0443 to the Telecor and the Telecor gives me an error saying: "The code is invalid", then offers me the option to press 1 to send start paging, I press 1 and then I can send the correct DTMF for the zones, rooms, etc.

Is there a way that I can prevent the Netvanta to send "0443" and just "pick up" the call to expect the correct DTMF?
