STUCK~ I have a 3120 router, and was using the Netvanta client, but it has reached EOL and I can no longer use it. Installed Shrewsoft per the step by step online instructions. A tunnel seems to be formed, IKE is up but the IPSEC peer status is down.

I'm thinking MAYBE my Source and Destination entries are wrong, but I really don't know where to go from here.

Hi bpoynot,

You didn't share your config and therefore my understanding of your configuration is incomplete.  However, as far as the selectors are concerned in the page you show above, the source IP ought to be your LAN's subnet and the destination IP ought to be the remote peer's LAN or the remote peer's virtual VPN subnet.

Set the above accordingly and ping from the client a device in the local LAN to see if you can get an IPSec connection established.
