Need Boot ROM for older NetVanta 3305, anyone know where I can find one? Can't load version 8 firmware without it.

Have an older 3305.  Would like to use it. Existing Firmware as from 2004.  Tried to upgrade to version 08-15-00 from about 2008.  But I can't because my Boot ROM is old  03.02.   I need an updated Boot ROM, or perhaps an earlier Firmware that will load on the existing Boot ROM.
