How to add client-identifier to a dhcp pool

Hello all,

I am installing a netvanta 3448 into our network. We have two types of phones, astra and Polycom, which go to different locations to get their config. I am trying to incorporate client-identifier into my dhcp scope but when issuing the command i get " % This command may not be used with network pools." Where in the config do i insert the client-identifier is not in the dhcp pool? Any insight is appreciated! Thank you.
