NV 3448 firmware

Jump to solution

Hello. I have a couple of the 3448's that say they are running firmware ver 17.03.03. When i go to the firmware download for this router i only see the newest FW as ver. 12 something? Why is this? Where did this ver 17 come from? I'm having some troubles with some of the routers that wont respond to snmp get requests from our solarwinds and was checking if a firmware update may help with that when i ran across this? Thanks for any assitance!

In 2012 the AOS naming convention was changed to "RXX.YY.ZZ" further details can be found here in this document: AOS Firmware Release Naming Conventions

ADTRAN recommends using the latest extended maintenance release (EMR) which is currently R11.10.6.
