Constantly loops can't seem to break the loop to explore potential resolutions.

Any suggestions?

Re: Resolution to 3448 loop with output:

Michael,

Are you able to bring the device into bootstrap mode? To do this you will need a console connection to the router and hit the ESC button as the router is booting. If you are able to get into bootstrap mode, I would recommend upgrading your firmware to the latest maintenance release available. At this time, it is R10.9.5. Instructions on how to do this can be found on page 26 of the following guide: Upgrading Firmware in AOS

If this does not resolve the issue, I would recommend contacting Adtran Technical Support. You can contact them in the following ways:

- Open a web ticket by clicking on this link: https://www.adtran.com/openacase

- Open a ticket by emailing support@adtran.com

- Open a ticket by phone by calling 1-888-423-8726

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Noor
