Routing from one subnet to a specific IP on another subnet.

OK I have two Networks in same building one is 192.168.155.0 and the other subnet is 192.168.29.0. I need the 155 Network to be able to access the 29.5 pc but no others. I can't seem to be able to get them to talk to that address. It's been a very long time since I've worked with routes like this and it's driving me a little crazy. These two subnets share switches on the Network as well. The 29 Network is on a Netvanta 3140 enhanced and the 155 is on a Netvanta 3448. Any help would greatly appreciated.
