Line Status is always down - NV6355

Hi:

Im setting NV6355 and I connected a test phone on port eth 0/24. Admin Status is UP, PoE status is ON, but Line status is always DOWN (and light OFF). I connected the phone test in the others ports and Line Status is UP (light ON) All 24 ethernet ports are in switchport mode

Is it possible to have a hardware issue ? Can I change the line status setting ?

Hello Mario,

That does not sound normal.  Is the configuration for eth 0/24 the same as the other ports you are testing on?  Can you try a different phone in port 0/24?
