Default Call Handling

How do I configure the 7100 to have the Operator pickup all calls first, before going to an auto attendant after say 4 rings?

Re: Default Call Handling

Depends on what your PSTN connection is. What is your PSTN connection? Analog/PRI/SIP?

Re: Default Call Handling

I don't know what PSTN connection is.  Is that the type of service coming into the 7100, i.e. T1.  If so it is a bonded pair of T1 lines, which I think is PRI?

I think another person here has solved the problem by overriding the system mode.  With the override in place all calls go to the Operator group first, then to the auto attendant.  Removing the override allows the System Modes schedule to take control of the system mode.
