Both of these units are the NetVanta 7100 PBX but the VSMB bundle limits the unit to 30 users total compared to the normal 100 user limit.  This allows for a more cost effective solution for customers requiring less than 30 users.  The VSMB 30 user system may be upgraded to the full 100 user system at a later date if a customer does outgrow the 30 user system.  Other than user limits the units are identical.
