When dialing from one extension to another, and if the called ext doesn't answer, the calling party gets transferred to the attendant instead of going to the called ext's voice mailbox. Same thing happens with Ext A transfers an external call to Ext b -- doesn't go to Ext B's voice mailbox. Any ideas of where to look?
Is this happening for all users or just one user?
If you go to Voice > User Accounts and open up the CALLED user's account and then go to the Call Coverage Tab, what is defined there?
