Find me Follow me not working after firmware upgrade to 11.10.1

I recently upgraded our NetVanta 7100 to firmware 11.10.1. Once it completed, everything seemed to be working properly, but today I found that FindMe-FollowMe was no longer working. All of the settings for users that were using fmfm are still there, but not functioning properly. I attempted to reconfigure FMFM but when doing this i get an error saying " invalid for forward. verify dial plan templates". I have checked the templates and they all seem to be correct. I can call the number I am using for FMFM from any of the phones so it seems like it wouldn't be the dial plan. I also reconfigured the dial plan but with no success.

Can you post your config, make sure to hide passwords.j Specify which user is having the problem.
