How to remove user from ucCompanion

I have a user that I do not want listed in the phone directory or ucCompanion. I have found where to remove them in the Directory, however I am not seeing how to remove them form the ucCompanion.

I am not even sure if this can be done or if I should just delete the user all together. I am new to this phone system and not quite sure how to properly remove or add a new employee.
