Is it possible to disable all telephony features on the 7100 and still utilizes it for Switching and Routing?

I did not see anything in the Admin guide, but is it possible to disable all telephony features on the 7100 and still utilizes it for Switching and Routing?

Yes, but that would be like buying a Tesla so you can park it in your driveway and listen to the radio.
