We have an issue with our NetVanta 7100 using IP706s where when dialing outbound it takes about 5-10 seconds for the call to connect and start ringing. I've looked for options on changing this delay but haven't had any luck. Does any know how to resolve this?
This sounds like a dialplan issue where there's a timeout waiting for more digits. If the user dials a # after the number does the call complete immediately?
North American numbering? Are they dialing 7 digits, 10 diguts, or 1 + 10 digits?
