MOH Playlist not playing

Have a 7100 at a customer site and am having issues with the MOH playlist. I have set a specific MOH playlist for a specific queue, but when testing it still plays the default MOH. I have tested the files uploaded for this playlist and they are good. Any other suggestions or remedies for this issue?
