NetVanta 7100 firmware upgrade from version A4.03.00.SA.E

The oldest firmware in the downloadable archived versions is R10.3.3 and states that the minimum software should be A4.10 or later.

My system is instead on version version A4.03.00.SA.E. How to perform a firmware upgrade? Is there any available older firmware that allows me to do an incremental upgrade?
