Netvanta 7060 Factory reset

Hello,

I have completely lost connection with my Netvanta 7060. is There anyway i can do a factory reset ? cant even access through the serial connection for now and its quite urgent.

To verify this you can hook console up to serial and reboot unit.

You should see some output from unit on your screen. Do u see that

If not what are the lights on front of unit doing.

We have been able to get access to the appliance and reset everything back to factory defaults.
