I've a customer who is claiming that occasionally a call will get hung up either on hold or in park on the PBX. Ringback is configured in the PBX for Park, and on the phones for hold, and that seems to be working, but they claim that every so often a caller will call them back complaining about being left with the hold music playing. They are convinced it is an issue with the PBX. Is there a way to monitor held or parked calls for duration/location etc.?
Phones are 712 with latest firmware, pbx is running R10.8.1.HA.E
