Phones seem to take a long time to update time changes

IP 706 and 712 phones do not sync time for half the day after a phone reboot.  Phones can still make and receive calls. Just the time is about 15 minutes behind. Phones are on 2.4.1 firmware and 7100 is on AOS 11.5.0

Anthony, is the 7100 the DHCP server for these phones? If so, is the DHCP scope configured with an NTP server? Thanks

Yes the 7100 is the DHCP server and yes the NTP is the actual 7100.
