Upgrading Bootrom on 1200796E1 7100 series

Jump to solution

I have a 7100 model type 1200796E1 and would like to upgrade the AOS.

Release notes say I need to upgrade the Bootrom to A2063.B1.01

I am currently running firmware: Firmware Version A2.04.00.SC.E

Adtran did not post Bootrom or the Bootroom upgrade instructions.

Is this something that I can do wth a service ticket or is it something that needs to be shipped in?
