Error connecting UC 6.0 to Exchange Server via MAPI

Hello I have installed the latest UC server and we internally run the latest version of Exchange Server.

I am having an error when connecting to exchange. error isas follows:

Warning: Open mailbox Failed

Description: System Error

Detail:

failed to perform MAPI logon (hr=0x80040111)

Can anyone help out on this ?

Jean Maurice, I believe you opened a support ticket on this, but there is a patch required to support Exchange 2013. Exchange 2016 is not supported. Thanks

Nick, UC Server is an End Of Life product and as such there is no further feature development being done. Exchange 2016 will not be supported. Thanks
