International calls

We are having problem getting ring back on our international calls.

According to our telecom company the calls are going through, we just are not getting a ring back in our system.

This seems to be a new occurrence, and we have made no changes to the system.

Would restarting a service or a reboot clear it?

Buffit,

Yes I would restart first to see if that fixes the problem. If not try doing a packet capture with WireShark and then if g.711 call then you can listen to the RTP stream coming from your provider to see if your even receiving it from them or if it is dead air.

I’m assuming you have ECS?
