We have one client a fresh install of Windows 7 with Office 2013 that we are unable to install the add-in. When trying to install the Outlook2007AddIn.vsto we receive a message that is it not a valid Office Add-in. We are running version ucClient v5.2.
Also tried to execute the Outlook 2007Addin, we receive the message "downloading file: c:\program files (x86)/ADTRAN/NetVanta UC client/Bin/Microsoft.Vbe>Interop.Forms.dll did not succeed.
We have another Windows 7 with Office 2013 computer that the UC Client installed correctly. Not sure what is different about this system.

Is this the 64-bit version of Outlook? If so, I believe they still have a known issue with that. The workaround would be to uninstall the 64-bit verison and install the 32-bit version and then try the add-in. I believe?
The add on is only supported for the following email clients

I am not sure when Outlook 2013 will be supported.
