access audio editor from a handset

ok everyone this should be an easy one, but I can't find it in the manual so I am asking.

I need to edit my phone menu messages and I can't remember/find how to access and change the messages from a handset.

So, for instance I want to change the message that comes up with you press 2 for marketing.  I know there is a way to list and record them from a handset.  But everything I have tried hasn't worked.

Help?

Re: access audio editor from a handset

Unfortunately if you're referring to changing audio prompts on a service in UC, there is no way to do this from a phone. This must be done from the UC client. The only prompts that can be changed from a phone are personal greetings. Thanks
