Adtran 841-t6 connectivity issues

Can anyone help me with a Adtran 841-t6. I’m trying to use it as an extender for my Adtran 834-v6 router but no matter what I do I cannot link it. It pulses green with three flashes at the end. Any advise be appreciated, thanks 👍
