The activation template allows a distributor to report shipments of Plume pods or SDGs running PlumeOS or SmartOS to ADTRAN to be activated into the appropriate customer ACS, Plume partner portal, and/or the PlumeOS Auto Update Server.
For any shipped order, load the data from the order into the appropriate table, save the file with a name of <date>-<customername>-<ordernumber> and email the file to SDG.activations@adtran.com and the device will be activated appropriately.
